All sales of digital products, including eGuides and eBooks, are final and non-refundable.

Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of these products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the purchase is completed. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same product

• The file is defective or cannot be accessed, and we are unable to resolve the issue

Physical Products
We accept returns for physical products under the following conditions:

• You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
