The Mindset & Consistency Workbook
The Mindset & Consistency Workbook is perhaps the most underrated part of this bundle. The truth is: the women who transform their bodies are not the ones with the most motivation. They are the ones who have systems. This workbook gives you those systems.
It opens with a deep-dive into your Why — the personal reasons behind your commitment that will carry you through the hard days. It then walks you through identity-based goal setting, a process that has been shown in behavioural science research to be far more effective than outcome-based goals alone.

Is this suitable for beginners? Yes. The Elite Bundle includes the full beginner program (21-Day Reset) as its starting point. You build gradually through the phases — nobody starts at Phase 3.
What order should I do the programs? Start with the 21-Day Reset, then Full Body Flow, then begin the 90-Day Plan from Phase 1. Run the Meal Plan and Mindset Workbook from day one alongside everything else.
