Common Questions — Full Body Flow
Is this suitable for beginners? Phase 1 starts at an accessible level and every exercise has beginner modifications. However, if you are completely new to exercise we recommend starting with the Nourish Starter Level or Starter Pilates Bundle first and then progressing to Full Body Flow.
How long are the sessions? Phase 1 sessions are 30 minutes. Phase 2 builds to 35 minutes. Phase 3 is 40 minutes. This gradual increase is intentional — it builds your capacity progressively without overwhelming you.
What does the Gut Health Reset involve? The gut reset is a 7-day gentle food protocol that removes common inflammatory triggers, introduces probiotic-rich foods, and helps reset your digestive system. It is not a juice cleanse or restrictive fast — it is real food, restructured.
